broken script snippet in v6.1.6

v6.1.6 of the plugin generates an invalid script snippet:
<script data-cfasync=”false” type=”text/javascript”src=”https://s7.addthis.com/js/300/addthis_widget.js#pubid=ra-….” async=”async”>
notice the lack of space between type and src attributes.
