    Hello,

We are sorry that you are experiencing a blank metabox.

Just to be sure, we would like to rule out any plugin or theme conflicts that may occur. The fastest way to do this is to?deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme?like?Twenty Nineteen.?

Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check?without affecting normal visitors to your site.

As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process:?How to check for plugin conflicts.

If you do not feel comfortable to do this yourself or if this does not solve your issue, our Yoast SEO Premium plugin comes with one year of (technical) support.

Following this thread. having the same issue. have completed troubleshooting steps. The Yoast plugin is still broken with Twenty-twenty theme and just yoast and classic editor activated.

Changed back to parent theme and same issue, then back to child theme. same issue.

    Please advise on next steps.

    Yep, same here.

@maybellyne I just installed the Health check plugin and checked for conflicts, but the problem is not with the other plugins, it’s now definitely the YOAST.

    Could you help me?

    Hi @nagyritaexa

We are sorry that the issue persists even after performing a conflict check. Can you please provide us with the console error you are getting?

We’ve received similar reports where their CDN was causing the issue. Can you please check your CDN and see if you can clear its cache? After clearing the cache, does the issue resolve?

If you have SiteLock, try going to SiteLock dashboard → TrueShield settings → Clean cache.

Let us know if the issue persists.

Following. We have site lock as well. I’ll be checking too

I have my own thread going but following this one as well looking for the right answer. I am not the OP

Cleared my siteshield cache and that didn’t seem to have any effect. Still have javascript errors on the page which seem to be related to Classic Editor. When I tested in the troubleshooter mode I had to enable Classic editor to get the toast plugin to even show up in the post editor. Not sure if that has anything to do with it but thought It was worth a mention.

    Here’s my errors

For what it’s worth…I update my PHP version to 7.4 from 7.2 and that fixed it

Working in Chrome but not Firefox or Safari.

@jerparx I just checked it again, and the problem is caused by the “wp edit” plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-edit/)

What can I do to make it work?

    Thank you for your help!

    @nagyritaexa Thanks for the feedback.

It is mentioned on the plugin page that, “This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress”. This means that there is a higher chance of the plugin conflicting. We do not recommend using outdated versions of WordPress, including (our own) plugins and themes, for the reasons covered in?this article.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide additional support on how to make Yoast SEO plugin work with plugins that may no longer be maintained or supported.

I have same problem. Can you please advise me on what the issue could be and how I can resolve it. thanks
