Broken since release

BuddyPress 1.9.1
I did everything I could to get this to try and work … I have been unable to access any of my galleries since the revision. At first the revision was crashing my site, but since then I completely changed themes, removed questionable plugins, refreshed my version of wordpress and more and tried re-installing NextGen today and now I am just getting fatal errors.
“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”
Manually installed it and tried the auto install and got the same results each time.
