Broken spawn page

I understand that when you hit “Pay with Bitcoin” button, it spawns the correct bitcoin information but with a broken page.

May I know which payment gateway is the site using?

In order for us to get a better idea of your setup, could you please share the following:

1. System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
2. Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

The issue is that the theme Header and Footer are not present when the Bitcoin payment details page appears.
I have contacted theme support, and I’m hoping they can show me how to enable the default header and footer for the bitcoin payment information page.
I’m sorry that I was not clear enough on my original post.
Thank you for wanting to assist, but this turns out to be a theme question.
