    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. We’ll need some more information to better investigate this issue, so could you please send us a support request here? In your request, please also include a link to the page with the Instagram feed and the System Info from the plugin, which you can find here:

    1. WordPress DashBoard – Instagram Feed – click on the “Help” button in the upper right corner of the page. This takes you to our Support page.
    2. Scroll down to the System Info section on the Support page.
    3. Click the Copy button on the right-hand side of the System Info title.
    4. Paste the ‘System Info’ into your reply.
