Broken Thumbnail Images

    Hi there, all images are correctly offloading but featured images in WP are break on my home page. Any reason this might be happening?

    Would you be able to send me the debugging information from the Support tab on the site you’re having trouble with?

    1. Go to the Support tab of your install
    2. Scroll down to the “Diagnostic Info & Error Log”
    3. Click the “Download” button and save to your computer
    4. Reply to this email and include the text file as an attachment

    Please feel free to hide any sensitive info you might find on that file.

    Also, please send us a link to a page where we can find the broken thumbnails so we can investigate.

    Hi there, managed to figure it out. It was an issue with our site not recognising images from a different domain.
