Broken Thumbnails for Posts on Home Page

  • I am using the Hatch theme.
    I have created several posts with embeded images.
    The home page is set to list all recent posts. The issue I have is only some thumbnails on the home page show correctly, while others show a grey box.

    The images within all of the posts display correctly. It appears there is a problem with how they are showing as posts on the home page. Here is my site so you can see the problem:
