broken ticker on android phone

I’m seeing a build of ticks on the left side, is that what you see on Android?

I’m not seeing the same issues when viewing my site https://www.dittynewsticker.com/ditty-news-ticker/ so it’s possible there is some sort of conflict on your site or just the position/placement of the ticker is misconfigured a bit.
