Broken Ticket Purchase

Dear Community,
I have the following issues. Tickets can be ordered from one page on the website. Purchase is connected to stripe. However, occationally, payments are collected but no tickets are created in the backend. If you look into the information in the Strip Dashboard, information are missing or refering something else on the page!
As seen below, you see the first order was executed but no ticket/email was sent to the customers, second was okey.
