I upgraded to Premium and was testing the various features last night. I woke up this morning to a problem with the unconnected thumbnails. They appear as broken links.

I enabled “Use blur images rather than the empty image”, then created the blurred images. I also enabled “Blur the images of the unconnected home page” to see how images looked blurred. I would log out and not see a difference after enabling the features. I assumed it was glitch and kept setting up other features.

The plugin is using /wp-content/uploads/portrait/0/ for connected thumbnails and /wp-content/uploads/portrait/libre/ for unconnected thumbnails.

I disabled all blur options with no luck. I unencoded the images, with no luck but the unconnected thumbnails are still pointing to an encoded filename. Digging into the libre folder, I only find images for 5 users and the .json file names match.

I’ve hacked my way around this plugin from every angle and can’t get the unconnected thumbs dir/filename issue to change. How can I reset the unconnected filenames??

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

FIXED IT! I had to FTP into directory /wp-content/uploads/portrait/cache/ and delete file “cache_portraits_accueil.html”

Yes, that’s it. You can also click “Update Now” for “Number of portrait on logged out plugin homepage” in Dashboard Rencontre > General > Display.
