Broken upon install

What are the error messages?

Here are the messages.
This is a local xampp install with PHP/5.4.4.
Using Twenty Twelve theme.

Fixed Media Library Custom Fields. There was an issue with readme.txt format.
Try to install both plugins now.
Let me know if there are any other issues.

Media Library Custom Fields is still giving me the same error. Just to make sure that it was not my local install, I tried to install it on a different site which is live- same error.

Haven’t seen any errors on my side. I’ve installed both plugins with no issues.

Fixed the download issue and updated plugin to Version 1.0.5
