    I have an older version of the plugin and a couple of days ago they changed the way the license check works from http to https and now the plugin won’t work. No response yet from support except to tell everyone to upgrade. No automatic upgrade path and manual upgrade could cause major issues.

Actually, that was the response for all, updating plugin plugin will resolve the issue, but here it is not the right place to discuss about premium plugin. However, if you need help with update please create a separate post at support in our site, we shall help you there.

    Sort of. It’s not the correct place to discuss the actual support problem but feedback about the product is permitted in the review section.

    I’m referring to this review. Your plugin page talks about the “Premium Package” and that makes all reviews here about that experience valid.

    If you didn’t want feedback about that experience in the review section then you’d need to consider removing all references to the “Premium Package” from your plugin page from the beginning.
