Broken website customization

Hello, my website appears to be broken to certain users. The formatting is way off and its looking quite messy. For me, safari shows it messy, and Chrome still shows the nice website as it should be. For my colleague, it shows as unformatted and no customization despite everyone clearing caches and history, and restarting computers. Any advice? Thanks
