    I have purchased the premium version of this plugin but having difficulties getting the wheel to show.

    After setting everything up, it all worked fine, but now the wheel loads as broken. All elements of the wheel (spinner, centre, arrow, email input etc) show underneath each other, no element together as should be. Each of the elements are also not responsive and you cannot interact with them. Tried logging in to view it with many different emails thinking it was because one particular email logged in had already spun the wheel. But the problem continues to exist.

    I’ve checked the inspector but nothing is showing; I’m wondering if that’s because it is within a canvas.

    I have used css to display: none; on the popup because I only ever want this wheel to show on one page only – my “Freebies” page. And it appears there is no way in settings to remove the popup icon completely, nor to only show on an individual page that is not Home, Cart, etc. So this is my workaround. Even removing that css still keeps this wheel broken.

    So at this point I’m not sure what to do. Please help me resolve this asap, otherwise I will unfortunately have to request a refund as it is not performing as intended.

    I have also come across some other bugs with the coupons it gives out, but I will create a new ticket for those when this one issue has first been resolved.

    On which specific page can we see the wheel, it seems the wheel does not appear on your homepage.

    Thank you for your response. Your support seems to be closed at the moment, and I cannot find anywhere to submit a support ticket anywhere else on your referral page or site.

    I have tried to upload an image screenshot of the problem however this box does not allow me to.

    FYI, other bugs include things like individual coupons with a max price limit allowing people to add an item to cart then they can simply increase that item or add others and the coupon ignores the max price but lets them have the full coupon on all items. Same with gift cards, for example, if someone wanted to purchase a gift card for £500, even with a max price limit, the coupon max price is ignored so they can get it for practically nothing. There are others too, which I’d need the wheel to even work first before I could run my tests again and tell you.

    Unfortunately, the many errors, bugs, and the broken state means this plugin is just a tool of problems right now. I cannot wait for these all to be fixed. Could we please just proceed to refunding me as this plugin just is not functioning as intended, with many other bugs as I stated.
