  • Does it happen with ALL plugins deactivated and with one of the default WP themes?

    Yes, all plugins are deactivated and currently i am running default theme “Twenty-Fourteen”

    Did you clear your site cache /browser cache? I see some icons that don’t look like regular WP icons (dashicons).

    The screenshot was taken before all the plugins are deactivated. Just did what you suggest, cleared cache, unfortunately it’s still the same.

    I try using other browser too, IE : https://puu.sh/9BXil/011c7b2621.png Same thing happen as well.
