It sounds like you need to deactivate your Jetpack plugin and then all will be good. Just FTP, if you can, into your server and change the name of the Jetpack folder to something else. Then you will be able to log in to your site and visitors will be able to see your site.

But ultimately, if you want to keep using Jetpack, you’ll just need to remove whatever you did to Jetpack. Which, again, you could do via FTP and then your problem will be most likely solved.

using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides, rename/delete the jetpack folder in /wp-content/plugins/jetpack/.
