• Don’t install this plugin. It’ll break your website. Not only that but deleting the plugin folder via FTP/SSH does not fix the website.

    Hello Clovisd,

I haven’t had anyone report any issues with the plugin, nor do I see any errors on our test sites and you should have posted a support ticket if you were having problems.

If the plugin was deleted and your issue exists, then it is not this plugin causing the error.

    Chris

@tribalnerd I’ve removed the modlook tag, this review does not qualify for that.

The user posted a review, you left a reply. If they respond then good. If not then your reply is here for others to read.

Either way there is nothing in this review that needs a moderator’s attention.

@jdembowski It’s not a review and it’s false. No reason for me to have plugins if people can just leave a false statement as a review.

You’re misunderstanding what a review is.

A review is someone’s experience with your product. This user had a bad experience and, while they may be incorrect, being wrong about something is not grounds for removal. Now intentionally misrepresenting or lying would be, but this does not appear to be that. This is, simply, someone had a bad experience and believes it to be your plugin.

How you reply and handle the situation speaks more towards your plugin and services than a single one-star review. Your reply was good.
