• I am trying to add a bronto newsletter signup form added to my company website. When I add the shortcode to the visual editor text block, it does not show anything on the frontend. When I add it to a post that does not use the visual editor it works fine.

    Hi there,
I just tried to add the [bronto_signup] shortcode using a TinyMCE widget and it looks like working correctly (it’s giving errors about missing API Key and List ID, but that’s another story). As far as I can see the code is correctly executed.
I’d suggest contacting the author of the Bronto plugin.

It is not even showing up in the code when I inspect the page, the visual editor is completely disregarding the shortcode. I need it to work with your plugin. Why would it work when I am not using the visual editor and not work when I am using the visual editor, seems like it has to do with the visual editor not bronto. We also have the TinyMCE Advanced plugin

As I said earlier, in my tests the bronto shortcode is processed normally when inserted through our widget. It’s possible though that there’s a conflict with some other plugin (or the active theme). Please check our FAQ, especially the section about troubleshooting, in order to find the source of the problem.
