    Hi Rustam,

When the Browse files-button is clicked (see “Vedh?ft billeder” mid-page), a pop-up window is expected.
Instead the button links to # and nothing happens.

Curiously however, I have the same setup on this other site: https://asgerkennedy.dk/form
Here the button works as intended.

The same theme is used on both sites (Twenty Twenty-One), and most of the same plugins.

What can it be, that interferes with the button’s functionality?
    The class is: images-optimize-upload-button

    Kind regards,
    Asger

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    The issue persists.
Is this plugin’s support forum still active?

    Update:
Changing away from the plugin to CF7 default so my visitors can upload files…

    Hello, @sinuce!

Thank you for using the plugin. It does work fine on the https://asgerkennedy.dk/form

Maybe some of the plugins you have installed on https://www.bedsteservice.dk/ and don’t have on the first website interfere with the plugin.

We can’t really check it now.

You can try to deactivate all plugins, and start to activate them one by one, and see which one affects it. And send us the name of that plugin.

    Thank you!

    Rustam.

And if you have more suggestions, please, post them here.

    Thank you!

    Rustam.
