“Browse” not open in modal with contact form

Hello, i have problem with this plugin. I add in my modal shortcode with contact form. In contact form i create multiple file upload.

The form is displayed correctly, but when I try to click “Browse” nothing happens, no reaction. Does not show JS errors.

What did I do wrong?

Anywhere except the modal, it works fine. I’m using bootstrap 4.
