Browser caching issue

Hi,

We have an issue with the help desk on our website.

After a user or admin submits a reply to a ticket, the page does not display the latest reply (after clicking post reply). We have to ask users to force refresh (ctrl+shift+F5) to make the browser retrieve the page again.

Do you know of a solution for this?
