• For about two week, my website have been experiencing some issues loading. I have Jetpack install so, I get an email every time the website goes down which happen very often during the day. Sometimes I get the following error from JetPack

    “Error reference: 181227482/intermittent”

I contacted my hosting provider but they couldn’t see any issues, at least on their end. I also have snooped around my hosting provider CPANEL and have found nothing to make the issue go away.

I have noticed that if the website does not load by typing “https://” it would load by typing “https://” I have Really Simple SSL installed so, after typing “https://” it would redirect to “https://” with the website loading with no issues. However, it would go offline sometimes. I also have deactivated and re-activated the plugin in case the plugin was making any problems on my website

It has been frustrated ever since this started. Any help would be highly appreciated.

From your descriptions, it looks like those issues are beyond the scope of WordPress. I strongly suggest you to get in touch again with your hosting tech support, since it looks like your server has issues.

Just what I was thinking. However, my hosting provider raised the memory of my hosting. The problem persists.

Ask them to check the SSL configuration, and also about the site going completely offline (if not caused by a plugin)

perhaps they havent looked at all
Since there is no output from the server, error logs of webserver software are needed to figure out whats the problem is.

But it seems that your hosting support are trying to fix your site right now.

I will keep in mind about asking them to check the SSL configuration next time I contact support which is going to be after I get enough insight from the people replying to this topic

It goes up and down. They are not working on the site right now

I suggest you to get in touch with them, explain the issues thoroughly, and patiently wait for their response.
