On the Add Gallery/Image page I get the following error message: ?browser doesn’t have Silverlight, HTML5, or HTML4 support. ?I can not upload images.

My host is biz.nf ?I do not know what operating system they are using. ?I am using Ubuntu Budgie 18.04. ?I get the same error message in Chrome and Firefox.

I have disable all plugins and switched to the 2020 theme, all with no effect.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make the plugin work again.

I am getting confused about what I have posted where. I will look for the other one. Should I mark this as resolved so we know which is which.

    Hi @garyartista,

Sorry but we aren’t allowed to include links to any other threads due to www.ads-software.com rules.

You’ve opened a similar thread ( entitled “Nextgen runtime exception” recently and it already has 2 pages of communication with our support agents so I will just close this current one as duplicate the current one being less relevant.
