Browser (Edge) rendering forms differently
-
Hoping someone may have an insight to help me. I have set up a global widget for my forms (newsletter opt in – I used WPforms to create the form and integrate with mailchimp, then elementor to design the appearance and save as a widget. I’ve used Custom CSS for some style details). I use the same form in my footer (designed with elementor), my exit intent pop up and as a stock notification opt in.
It looks perfect in all locations when using Chrome or Firefox. In Edge the forms appear with white input backgrounds – on all forms except in the footer on the Contact page, and the form on the contact page (they are perfect).
Is it something with Edge? Is there a way to fix it? I don’t understand why Edge recognises the colour on two of the forms and not the others, especially when the footer is a template(elementor) used across the entire website.
It wouldn’t be a problem except my website is dark, so the text is white. So with the white background randomly on Edge and the white text input the form is unusable on Edge. HELP! Please! The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
