    Greetings,
Just want you to know that one of my website has been bombarded with login attempts since 11/2 at 3:10 PM MST until current time and as on yet log in has not been successful.
I am getting a lot of attempts from Russia and Ukraine among others.
The only negative is my inbox is getting over run with alerts!!
    Keep up the good work.
    John

Goto the iTSec plugin Settings page. In the Global Settings section untick the Email Lockout Notifications setting and then click on the Save All Changes button.

This will disable the email lockout notifications.

Or alternatively keep this setting enabled and tick the Send Digest Email setting. Then click the Save All Changes button.

One other thing. To make it harder for our Russian and Ukrainian friends to brute force attack your website you could enable the Hide Backend feature …
All those login attempts could stress up your server, resulting in a slow website or no website at all … you should always try and minimize the number of login attempts …

If the provided info was any help please mark this topic as ‘resolved’.

    Thank you for the recommendation.
    It saved many, many emails.
I am guessing that I had over 400 hits before they stopped trying!!
Just proves how great your software is and I have the Free version!!
    Thanks again.
