    I try to test this plugin in our development server

    Do you mean you are using xampp or similar?

    It’s a full VM server with
    – CentOs
    – Apache
    – WHM/Cpanel
    – WordPress

    * This server is behind firewall and not available on the web..

    This is why you are seeing the “.*” value for IP address because you are testing within localhost.

    If you try the same test on a live website you will see that everything works as expected.
