[Bruteforce] The new login page PostID

I am troubled at using “Theme My Login” plugin. The theme points to post_id number 0 which is the wp-login.php
I used aiowps plugin to change the default login url to another url (mysite.com/login-page instead of mysite.com/wp-login.php), but now the TML plugin still points to wp-login.php.

Any way I can find the post_id of the newly created /login-page so that i can point TML plugin to the login-page post_id?
