Buddy Boss user activation hello email won’t send

    Morning.

    I have two sites both using buddyboss and uncanny. Both have the same recipe that when someone new registers they get an automatic welcome email. On the one site it works and on the other site it doesn’t. Settings are identical, I’ve deleted and recreated the recipe numerous time, checked email settings etc but having no luck!

    Can anyone please help me. Thank you

    Hi @jennanorthwood, I’ll close this here since it was also submitted as a Help Desk ticket and we’re handling things there.

    In case anyone else is looking for troubleshooting steps and submits a similar ticket:

    – Screenshots of the recipes with the email details shown will help us understand the context
    – Try installing an email log plugin and then trigger the emails; that will help determine if the issue is Automator not sending emails or WordPress not delivering them
    – Check the trigger and action logs to confirm whether the recipe is failing somewhere
