Buddy Press registration notification

  • Installed WordPress then Installed the Buddypress plugin.

    All appears to be Hunky Dory except:
    When an individual clicks on the registration link; fills the form; clicks to complete the registration they do not receive any email to enable to activate or participate in any way.

    On the administration side of life, the user shows up in the users page. The adminstrator can edit their profile and save but no email goes out.

    O`Tay may have just solved it. Complaining member, and first acitvee e states that the welcome email was in his spam email box at Yahoo! Might I suggest verbage on the registration to check spam box. Is there a way to prevent this situation?
