buddyboss + AWS media offload

    Hi

    quick question

    I am using buddyboss (aka buddypress) theme and plugin and aws offload media plugin.

    with your plugin, the image that a user uploads to to the buddyboss frontend will be saved in webp into s3 bucket (via offload media) automatically?

    I see it not happening, so i was wondering if I set it up wrongly or this is expected behavior.

    Please kindly advise.

    I haven’t heard anything recently about things not working and I did work with someone recently where it was working, but that was with our premium CDN service. Given that, I think it would probably be best if you sent over the system info from the support tab of the EWWW IO settings directly at [email protected] and then we can look into what’s going on.
