BuddyBoss integration

    Hello! I have the latest BuddyBoss theme and pro platform, and they say that they integrate with Contact Form 7. I am finding that on pressing submit, the spinner just keeps spinning. According to your FAQs, this is likely caused by an incompatibility. I started by deactivating BuddyBoss Platform and BuddyBoss Platform Pro, and this immediately fixed the problem. However, my site needs these two plugins. As the page I linked above says “For support with this integration, please contact the developer”, I’ve come here. Is it possible to help?

    Hi Takayuki. Thanks for the note, which I did read before posting. I assume you are referring to the part that says “commercial theme vendors who bundle third-party plugins with their theme packages”. If so, the BuddyBoss theme does NOT bundle your contact form plugin, or other third party ones either.

    Since your initial reply, I did contact BuddyBoss. However, they again referred me to you.

    Hi again. I notice that you twice marked this ticket ‘resolved’, but it was not resolved, nor was any explanation offered as to why my ticket did not merit a response. In the end, however, I was able to resolve it by engaging paid assistance. I can only hope for a better experience next time. ??
