Currently, use the

    Buddyboss platform
    Buddyboss Theme

    Issue 1:

BuddyMeet and BuddyPress need to share the same network configuration.

You should deactivate BuddyMeet

Make sure BuddyMeet is activated at the same level than BuddyPress on the network

Both are activated on the multisite domain which is not the Primary.

    Issue 2:

Nothing pops up in group creation and I see no settings or anything on the back end.

  • I have the same issue with multisite

I am facing the same situation I do have something like this:

    https://www.example.com

    community.example.com

    university.example.com

I followed the next instruction from the BB folks:

and does not work. I am almost giving up this.

As the multisite setup is a single WordPress installation and only has one database meaning you will only need to install the BuddyBoss Theme and have its license activate once through the Network Admin.
As long as your sites are subsites of the Network, then you’ll only need to activate the license of the Theme once.

Just make sure it’s activated on your main site, then proceed to activate the plugin and theme one at a time on your subsites, like you would on your main site.

    Any thoughts?

I don’t know if you guys found an answer already, but to make buddyboss work on a multisite you have to use their updater plugin https://www.buddyboss.com/tutorials/buddyboss-updater-plugin/

Then once you enter the key from the network admin you can apply the settings on the backend of one subsite… though I’m having issues with the registration being limited to just that one subsite, so take this with a grain od salt.

I also figured out my issue… onlu install the updater plugin on on the network. upload the platforms/themes, but don’t network enable them.

On the subsite, activate the platform and theme and then everything works on just the one subsite.

For buddymeet with buddyboss on multisite you need to activate buddymeet on every subsite first then while active on subsites network activate it again, it will work then.
