BuddyBoss Profile

  • I did a fresh install of buddyboss using only the astra theme and my profile page is missing. Anyone have any idea what happened?

    Did you…

    1. Install BuddyBoss FIRST and then install the Astra theme SECOND? If so, it may be a theme issue, in which case you will want to ask here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/theme/astra/

    2. Install the Astra theme FIRST, and then install BuddyBoss?

    I’m not seeing a plugin called explicitly BuddyBoss here in the www.ads-software.com plugin list:

    You may want to check with the support team from wherever you found BuddyBoss, as they will likely be able to better point you in the right direction.

    My hunch is that this is an issue with the BuddyBoss installation, so I would check with their support next.

    If you’re not sure, you can also post more details here (what steps did you take installing plugins or themes just before you noticed the page missing, what all you’ve tried to fix it so far, etc.) and we can see if we can’t help pinpoint the issue, or direct you to the right place to find someone who can. ??
