    Hello,

    I use BuddyBoss which is a fork of bbPress and BuddyPress.

    Topics in the forums create new pages of type “topic” and have permalinks. Replies are also CPTs but do not have their own link but are instead added as anchor links on the parent topic.

    ie
    Topic: …/topics/a-topic-from-a-user/
    Reply: …/topics/a-topic-from-a-user/#post-14166

    So, the Topic permalink contains the content of the Reply.

    My question is, in Yoast General Settings -> Content Types, should Replies be indexed or not?

    If the forum replies are important for you and generate traffic from search results, you may want to keep them as index.
