    Hi there,

I’m having an issue with the user front-end of BuddyDrive. When I’m in one of the groups and click on “BuddyDrive” I get redirected to the “main” BuddyDrive page, i. e. https://localhost/buddydrive/, instead of the proper page which is mentioned in the link on the group page, i. e. https://localhost/mitglieder/gruppen/allgemeines/buddydrive/ (Mitglieder is German for “member”). The main BuddyDrive page only shows the page title. The same happens when I click on the link “Shared files” in the menu.

When I click on “Friends” in the menu, everything’s fine, i. e. I get redirected to https://localhost/mitglieder/mitglieder-liste/myusername/buddydrive/friends/

It seems to me as if there is something wrong with the permalinks. I tried re-installing several times, I also activated and deactivated the theme.

My setup: WordPress 4.2.2, Buddypress 2.3.1, Buddydrive 1.2.3 (tried 1.2.2, same problem), theme TwentyTwelve. I had no problems with WordPress 4.1.5, Buddypress 2.2.2 and Buddydrive 1.2.2. I have the plugin Absolute Privacy installed, which forces users to login to all subpages of mitglieder.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What’s happening if the plugin Absolute Privacy is deactivated ?

I’m asking this because, i’ve just tested with latest WordPress and BuddyPress version on regular or multisite and i have the correct links.

    Hi there,

thanks for the reply. I just deactivated all plugins except for BuddyPress and BuddyDrive and reactivated them one by one to see whether one of them might be causing this problem. And – tada- it is:

NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati (Version 2.1.0)

Which is really annoying because I’ve already created several photo galleries with it. It seems as if NextGEN Gallery is playing havoc with the permalinks resolution of wordpress.

    Consider this topic resolved.
