• Hello!

My BuddyForms Post Form is not working properly with its email notifications. Some users are relating to me that when they submit their post, they do not recieve any email notifications. They eve look in their spam/trash folders and nothing. Even when I try the ‘Test’ button to send to the admin address, nothing happens. But when I test in a gmail account that i have, it works normally.

I have absolutely no ideia what to do.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello @samuelchilla, hope you’re having a good day!

It seems to be a problem with your email service, do you have any other plugin installed that sends notifications by email?

@romelirodriguez I do! Its Post SMT plugin. Problem is: I already had this problem before installing this plugin, I actually did install it to try fix the buddyforms issue. Apparently, nothing is working. Do you have any idea of what I should do? I’m a newbie to wordpress.

    Hello @samuelchilla, let’s try this:

    1. Temporarily disable the Post SMT plugin.
    2. In Buddyforms go to the form and press edit.
    3. Click on Notifications.
    4. Click on Create a New Mail Notification.
    5. Select Admin on From email.
    6. Select Submitter on Send email to.
    7. Click Update.
    8. Click again Notifications, click the form submission notification created and press Test.
    9. Check your inbox.
