Buddypress avatars aren't loading in Disqus

Hey there,
I’ve got a site that runs Buddypress. I’ve installed Disqus and configured SSO (added API keys, etc.). Users can login with their site login, but their avatars aren’t shown in disqus.How can I get the avatars to show correctly in disqus?
