buddypress blew up my theme installation

Decided to install buddypress from inside my wordpress theme, it promptly blew my site up causing, “not enough memory” errors and I couldn’t get back in to admin. So I went to my host and deleted it from my “plugins” folder. Now my admin and site work again, but I get these messages at the top of my admin panel

I re-installed my theme, that did not get rid of the messages.
