    +1 for activation code sms.

    adding a “profile field” for a phone number should not be that hard, I might consider developing such “field type” and offer +country code option…

    getting the value from specific “profile field” is not that difficult either…

    Yes it is true. It is not hard!
    But I want to be done automatically.
    Without creating a field by the user.
