Buddypress demo error

Hello there,
I’m just trying the demo of plugin and seem really an amazing work, my compliment. I have just a problem when I activate to have registration with buddypress and send private message on ads.

Because my goal was to remove the format where people recive message on email and use interlan private message with buddypress.
