Buddypress Gifts

  • I really could use the buddypress gifts plugin to work on the new Buddypress/Wp but it seems author dropped development. Has anyone hacked this to be compatible with new version? Or, if you could hack it to work how much would it be?

  • Hi I also looking for updated version of this plugin to work with new version of WordPress 3.3.1 and buddypress 1.5.5 Can anyone help with this?

    OK nobody even reply to this post so I have decided to rebuild the plug-in to match latest buddypress and wordpress multisite criteria. The plug-in is in beta version but it work ?? when I finish testing I am going to upload to wordpress repo.

    I have uploaded beta version of my plugin to wordpress trunk.
    It is available to download from this address:

    What was the goal for version 1.0 of this plugin ? Well just make it work on latest version of buddypress and wordpress.
    It work for me and I am on wordpress 3.3.1 (mutlisite) , BuddyPress 1.5.5, Cubepoints 3.1 and CubePoints Buddypress Integration 1.9.8.4.

    Give a try on your own wordpess&buddypress sites and let me know if it works for you as well.

    I will be testing this out this week. Seeing as you made this and it ties in with Cube points, I was wondering if you would possibly be able to code cubepoints to allow for other options, such as getting points for filling out your entire profile?
