BuddyPress MC4WP form has disappeared

    My MC4WP form has disappeared from my BuddyPress registration page, after previously working. The integration is definitely still enabled.

    I’ve disabled customisations – other plugins, custom CSS, and tried other themes, but it’s still gone.

    It’s hard to know when it stopped working, which is annoying as I’ve potentially lost months of email registrations…
