Buddypress not showing achievements

Please could you clarify what page you mean by “the achievements tab of a Buddypress installation” — is your site public? Can you share a URL?

On the activity stream it shows that I had earned the achievement, though..

Are you using any caching plugins?

I’m actually am! W3 total cache. But I emptyed all cache and nothing changed

Assuming that the user shown has actually unlocked the achievements, I’m not sure why this happens unless something’s gone badly wrong, or there’s a front-end caching issue causing problems.

Short of suggest you disable W3TC, and then unlock (a new) achievement and see if the issue fixes itself, I’m not sure what else I can suggest. I haven’t seen this problem reported before.
