BuddyPress pages and widgets cannot be displayed

I installed BuddyPress to WordPress 3.9. But its pages and widgets cannot be displayed when I clicked on the links. And there is a message appearing “BuddyPress is almost ready. You must update your permalink structure to something other than the default for it to work.”
