BuddyPress Theme Setting

    The options appears only if in line 825 I replace
    if (defined(“BP_CORE_DB_VERSION”))
    WITH
    if (True)

    But the form (or its link) does not appear in the front end.

    Has this got to do with the fact that I am actually using a twenty fourteen theme with BuddyPress just as a plugin and not a BuddyPress Theme?
