BuddyPress Verified User badge?

Thanks for reaching out to us. The BadgeOS uses built-in triggers to awards user achievements/ranks/points. Additionally, achievements can be configured to include verifiable digital information. In order to advise you on creating a badge that fits your needs, we will need more details about the actions getting awarded, in this case, the “verification process”. Could you please explain your process for user verification? Is this done when a user registers to the site or do you use a custom process?

Since you are using the BuddyPress plugin, you need to install the BadgeOS Community Add-on in order to show the user badges on their profile in the Achievements tab.

To answer your questions, the verification process would custom be external to the WP website itself, done via email/phone etc. I would use the “admin-awarded only” option.

I have installed the BuddyPress Add-On, I’m also using BuddyBoss which is a fork of BP, will the add-on still work?

It would be nice to see the “verified” badge displayed in the BP/BB “all members” page, in the user’s profile page, and where ever the username/avatar shows.

I’m also curious on badge sizing and scaling, since I’d imagine, depending on where the badge is displayed, size might be an issue.
