    Yes, the e-mail from 7th february is from “premium support”, but I already sent more days ago directly from “support” before bought the bundle.

    Can you check if you have original request? I think from 3 february

    I prefer to continue by e-mail in privacy and not in public. How I can contact with you? Or maybe you can reply my last e-mail in case you don’t found nothing and I will sent you again the details.
