bug –

Using ACF 4.4.7

Yoast has decided to push its way to the top of the meta boxes.

Anyway I was re-ordering and it seems that if the block has a rich text editor in it and you drag the group all of the text disappears from the editor and you cannot click into it and edit the text any more.
