Pls change //add_action(‘admin_footer’, ‘add_ewp_inline_popup_content’);^M
to
add_action(‘admin_footer-post.php’, ‘add_ewp_inline_popup_content’);
add_action(‘admin_footer-new.php’, ‘add_ewp_inline_popup_content’);

not sure why it’s not working at options-general.php, but it shouldn’t be in every admin_footer, just there where it needs to be.

when you want to use abnormal suffixes like .inc, name it .inc.php
