If there is a bug, I’d love to fix it! While review posts are not ideal for evaluating issues, please provide a link to a page that exhibits the issue you are experiencing and I would be glad to take a closer look.
That said, as @brianhpowell noted, due to the vast variety of plugins for WordPress, a conflict with a rogue plugin is a much more likely than a bug. Here are some simple instructions for identifying a conflicting plugin from SLB’s documentation.
While you’re there, you can also ensure that your site meets SLB’s requirements, and also view steps to make sure that your posts actually contain links that can be clicked on to launch the lightbox (two of the most common reasons you may experience an issue with SLB).
Finally, note that support is freely provided for SLB, so please open a ticket on SLB’s official support forum if you are still experiencing an issue. There’s even a link to get support right on SLB’s settings page that you referred to.
